Graduates of Level One earn the title of KRI Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® and fulfill the Yoga Alliance RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) 200-hour requirement (this certificate is not part of the training, it needs to be coordinated separate and pay for it directly).

Training Objective

Provide to the Kundalini Yoga Teachers a profound training of excellence in all Human and technical aspects.

Promote a process of deep self-knowledge in each participant.

Methodology

The course is of a theoretical-practical nature, with a total of 200 hours that are distributed throughout five months into 8 different modules that will cover. (Dates are attached below). Theoretically, the course includes lectures, group discussions and supervision of classes and cases. On the practical side, the modules include morning Sadhana sessions, kriyas, Pranayam and advanced meditations. The team of teachers is varied and has specialists in each of the subjects taught, so it will be rotating throughout the training.

🕉️ Kundalini Yoga - Era of Aquarius.
🕉️ Kundalini Yoga Kriya: Asana, mudra and bandha. Pranayamas. Sound and Mantra.

🕉️ Western functional anatomy.

🕉️ Humanology.

🕉️ Yogic Diet.

🕉️ Yogic Lifstyle.

 

Kundalini Yoga Classes

In addition to the classes of the training itself, students are encouraged to maintain a practice at least 3 times a week for at least the 5 months Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training.

International Certifications

The Instructor Teacher in Savittar Yoga, has two International Certifications: Kundalini Research Institute USA and Yoga Alliance International - India (the latter is optional and has a value of 250 Euros).

Or you can choose to do it Hybrid Modality, this means a combination of Online classes transmitted via Zoom and others face to face in Puerto Viejo Limón, Costa Rica. (Check the training dates below)

If the time zone doesn’t allow you to be present online at that specific time we could sent the recording of the day but this one must be seeing during the first 48 hours since available so you can align with the group teachings.

Virtual Classes

For virtual sessions, camera will need to be on for 100% of class time. Participants will need to create a distraction free environment for virtual learning (for example no pets, kids, or other family members.
